In this SkillGym workout, we'll explore how to conduct customer interviews, from designing and structuring your question set and finding participants through to building rapport and knowing when and how to follow up and dig deeper into an answer. After this session you'll be fully prepared to get out and learn how you can better serve your customers.
This workshop gave me some important insights into how to lead customer interviews more effectively. It was short and sweet, with practical hands-on exercises to try leading your own short interview with a customer. Highly recommended for a quick insight on this topic ;)
